DEFINITIONS Wadiah

1. Wadiah


 In EtimologiAl-Wadi'ah means a deposit of pure (mandate) .Wadiah. God Wadiahdikatakanbermaknaamanahkarena menyebutwadiahdengan amanahdibeberapaayat word Qur'an
 In TerminologyHanafiayah: Giving authority to others to keep his propertyMalikiyah, Shafi'ites, Hanabilah: depute someone else to maintain certain property in a certain way.
 Wadiah of the term is a contract of a person to another party entrusts an item to be maintained properly (according to custom). , 
 In Encyclopedia of Islamic Law Wadiah linguistically meaningful left or laying, ie putting things on other people to be maintained or preserved. While the term is Giving authority to others to keep their wealth or their goods openly or with gestures that convey the same itu.Singkatnya, Wadiahjugabisadiartikantitipan,From this sense, it can be understood that if there is damage to objects entrusted, even though they had been kept as appropriate, the recipient shall be entrusted not replace it, but if the damage was caused due to negligence, he or she must replace it. Thus this wadi'ah contract contains elements of trust, confidence (trusty).

2. Law and Evidence Wadiah


Al-Qur'an .an-Nisa: 58

And do not conceal testimony, for whoever hid it, indeed, his dirty (sinful), Allah is Aware of what you do ".hadiths:

 Word of the Prophet: "Throw the mandate to the people who trust you and you do not betray those who betray you"
 From Abu Hurairah, narrated that the Prophet SAW said: "Fulfill the mandate (surrogate) to those who deserve it and not returning treasonous to those who have betrayed you."
